ROVEMIO™ reviews return requests based on the item category, condition, included components, and the timing of the request.
📦 Items submitted for review should generally be:
• Unused and unaltered
• Returned with included components when available
• Accompanied by original packaging, inserts, or display parts when possible
Certain items may need additional review because of personalized details, collectible finishes, fragile materials, gift packaging, or item-specific handling requirements.
